We’ve finished the first stage of our Big Lottery funded training centre at Little Bryn Gwyn!The last few months have been focussed on cutting and installing the frame, roof deck, and floor joists and beams. These are now all in place, and we’re ready to move onto the next phase.
At the beginning of the new year, our roofing contractors will be coming in to install our green roof system. Meanwhile our next intake of groups who start in February will be starting the process of preparing the floor for our underfloor heating, which will be powered by a biomass boiler. For now, it’s time for everyone, staff, volunteers, and participants to take a much needed break, and we hope you all have a great holiday period.
