Rydym wedi bod yn gweithio\u2019n agos gyda 2 fwrdd iechyd \u2013 Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a\u2019r Fro ac Ymddiriedolaeth GIG Prifysgol Felindre.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mae\u2019r cynllun cyntaf yn brosiect partneriaeth seilwaith gwyrdd arloesol gydag Elusen Iechyd Caerdydd a\u2019r Fro a Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Caerdydd a\u2019r Fro, a elwir yn \u201c Our Health Meadow<\/a> \u201d. Gan weithio\u2019n agos gyda staff, cleifion a\u2019r gymuned ehangach, rydym wedi creu cyfleuster gofal iechyd ac adsefydlu awyr agored yn seiliedig ar 14 erw o goetir a d\u00f4l ger Ysbyty Athrofaol Llandochau rhwng Mehefin 2021 a Mehefin 2023.

Roedd yr ail gynllun yn cynnwys staff, cleifion a’r gymuned ehangach wrth ddylunio canolfan driniaeth canser flaenllaw newydd Cymru yn yr Eglwys Newydd, Caerdydd (Ymddiriedolaeth GIG Prifysgol Felindre). Nod Canolfan Ganser newydd Felindre yw bod yr ysbyty mwyaf gwyrdd yn y DU Bydd y dyluniad yn ymgorffori deunyddiau naturiol a dulliau adeiladu cynaliadwy. Bydd yn cael ei gynllunio i wella lles cleifion a gwella bioamrywiaeth. Rydym wedi bod yn gweithio gyda’r Ymddiriedolaeth i hwyluso ymgysylltiad yn y dyluniad \u00e2 chleifion, staff a’r gymuned ehangach i ymgorffori \u201cseilwaith gwyrdd\u201d ac ymgysylltu \u00e2’r gymuned. Mae Addas ar gyfer y Dyfodol yn Brosiect ENRaW gwerth \u00a31,051,000. Mae ENRaW yn sefyll am: Galluogi Adnoddau Naturiol a Llesiant. Fel y mae enw’r rhaglen yn ei awgrymu, ei nod yw cysylltu gwella adnoddau naturiol \u00e2 gwella llesiant.
